3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Restricting access to your device and account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your partner consents to account pairing

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

LoveLoom AI offers subscription-based access:

• Monthly and annual subscription options available
• One subscription provides full access for both partners
• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• Premium features require active subscription

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes may apply based on your location

4.3 Billing Through App Stores

If you purchase through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store):

• Additional app store terms apply
• Billing is handled by the app store provider
• Refunds must be requested through the app store

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods or unused time
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• Refund requests for technical issues will be considered case-by-case

5. User Conduct and Content

5.1 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LoveLoom AI only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person

• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

• Website and app design and layout
• AI algorithms and technology
• Original content and materials
• Software code and functionality

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal use
• Download and use our mobile app
• View and interact with content

This license does not include rights to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Redistribute or resell any part of the Service

7.3 Feedback

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciceks Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

• Relationship outcomes or decisions
• Actions based on AI recommendations
• User interactions or disputes

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you haven't paid anything.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ciceks Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or activities
• Your account access by others with your permission
• Misrepresentations you make

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription in account settings
• Requesting account deletion via support
• Uninstalling the app and discontinuing use

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

• We discontinue the Service
• Required by law or court order

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try resolving disputes informally by contacting us at support@loveloomai.com. We'll attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted according to the rules of a recognized arbitration organization.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CICEKS PTY LTD AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.4 Time Limitation

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ciceks Pty Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ciceks Pty Ltd regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Understanding our couple-focused subscription model:

• One subscription provides access for both partners
• The subscribing partner is responsible for payment
• Both partners have equal access rights
• Subscription continues even if accounts are unpaired
• Each partner can manage their own privacy settings

16.2 Relationship Data Management

• Shared challenges and activities belong to both partners
• Individual AI conversations remain private
• Either partner can delete shared content
• Unpairing preserves individual data for each partner
• No retroactive access to partner's private data

16.3 Communication Features

• AI-mediated messages require sender consent
• Partners can block communications anytime
• Message history follows our retention policy
• Inappropriate use may result in termination
• Safety features available for both partners

16.4 Relationship Changes

If your relationship status changes:

• Either partner can unpair immediately
• Subscription remains with the paying partner
• Each partner retains their individual data
• Shared content can be deleted by either party
• No obligation to maintain pairing
